Can I bid on any type of property or are there restrictions on what we can buy?

You can choose a new build or existing property anywhere in Northern Ireland, within your Approval limit. 

Your Co-Ownership Approval states the specific property value we will support you in purchasing. Refer to this for your approved amount.

For those who have an approval up to our maximum property price, we can consider properties with a market value up to £215,000. We do not support purchases above this.

Properties that need major repairs may not be suitable. Refer to our full property criteria for more details.
