Can I bid on any type of property or are there restrictions on what we can buy?

You can choose a new build or existing property anywhere in Northern Ireland, within your Approval limit. 

The maximum property price we can consider is £215,000, and properties must be purchased at market value. 

Properties that need major repairs may not be suitable. Refer to our full property criteria for more details.
