Is your property assessment the same as a property survey by a mortgage lender?

Our property assessment focuses on our criteria and standards. It is not a full homebuyer's survey. 

The surveyor will provide details on what they believe the property is worth and whether it is suitable for Co-Ownership. A summary of any issues found during the assessment is included for review, and we'll share the report with you. You can also organise your own survey if you wish.

Mortgage lenders will typically want to complete their own survey of the property too.
