As a Co-Ownership customer, you have valuable insights into what works well and what could be better. Becoming a member of our Customer Panel gives you a direct voice in shaping the products and services we deliver, making sure they meet the needs of real customers like you.
What is the Customer Panel?
The Customer Panel is a group of existing Co-Ownership customers who meet quarterly to provide feedback, review new initiatives, and influence how we communicate and support our customers.
Panel members help us understand what matters most to our customers, challenge us to do better, and make sure customer perspectives are at the heart of everything we do.
What does the panel do?
Panel members meet up to four times per year, either online or in person at our Belfast office. Meeting times are arranged to suit members, and sessions are relaxed, collaborative, and focused on real discussion.
During meetings, you might:
- review proposed changes to our services
- give feedback on new products or initiatives before they launch
- discuss how we communicate with customers and how we could improve
- share your experiences and suggest practical improvements
- take part in surveys and research throughout the year
Your input directly influences decisions we make about our products, processes, and customer experience.
What we're looking for
Great Customer Panel members are enthusiastic, committed, and keen to make a positive contribution. We're looking for people who can constructively challenge us and want to influence the future, who value different perspectives, work well as part of a team and can attend meetings throughout the year.
You don't need any special qualifications or experience. What matters is that you're willing to share your honest opinions.
Who can be on the panel?
The Panel is open to all existing Co-Ownership customers. We aim to have a panel that's representative of all our customers, incorporating a range of locations, ages, household types, and products.
As spaces become available, we review expressions of interest and select members who help maintain this diverse mix.
