Four values. One shared mission.
-
Putting the customer first
We always go the extra mile. We listen, we're transparent, and we treat every customer the way we'd want to be treated ourselves.
-
Working together
We share knowledge freely, look out for opportunities to collaborate, and are never too proud to ask for help.
-
Doing the right thing
Fairness and integrity aren't optional extras. We take personal accountability, own our mistakes, and think carefully before we act.
-
Evolving & improving
We embrace change and actively seek better ways of doing things.
Since 1978, Co-Ownership has been at the leading edge of affordable housing policy in Northern Ireland. We're a registered housing association, charity, and the region's only shared ownership provider - helping people who can't quite afford the full cost of buying a home to get there, step by step.
Working here means being part of something that has a tangible, positive impact on people's lives every single day. Our team is driven by purpose and backed by a culture that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. If this sounds good to you, read on for more information.
