Our pre-assessment process means customers arrive with you having had their affordability and credit history already checked and have a Co-Ownership Approval. You'll undertake your own checks, of course, but there's reassurance in knowing that an assessment has already been undertaken.  

The Co-Ownership Approval clearly states the property value we're committing to, and they'll be asking you for a mortgage on the remainder. This is where familiarity with how Co-Ownership works really helps – your team can feel confident discussing options and answering questions about the process – and we'll support you in building that familiarity.
