Can I select my own solicitor for the purchase?

The solicitor you choose must be registered on our Conveyancing panel, which currently has around 300 registered solicitors from all over Northern Ireland.

If the solicitor you'd like to use is not registered on our panel, they can get in touch with us to organise this.

You cannot use the same solicitor firm as the person selling the home you're buying (the vendor).
