What happens if the property I'm interested in is declined?

If the property you've uploaded to your online account is declined, we'll issue a copy of the Property Assessment report, which contains details on why it will have been rejected. 

For the remainder of time that your Co-Ownership Approval is valid, you can submit another property for valuation.
