What's not included in the legal package?

Our legal package does not cover: 

• the sale of any property you currently own, which is only relevant to those applying for Co-Own for Over 55s.
• non-standard legal work. 
• any additional searches or outlays you choose to commission beyond standard requirements.

In some instances, mortgage-related legal fees may be paid by your lender.
