Finding & buying a home

What happens if I don't proceed with the purchase after my property is approved?

If you don’t proceed with a property after it’s been approved and surveyed, the Property Assessment Fee is non-refundable.

If you still have time left on your Co-Ownership Approval, you can choose another property and upload it for assessment via your online account. A new Property Assessment Fee will apply.

If you have paid the Legal Fee but the sale does not complete, you will be refunded the fee amount, minus any costs for legal work that has already been completed.
