Your Approval confirms the maximum property price we'll support you in buying, which gives you an idea of the properties within your price range. This helps narrow down your search. And your Approval is valid for 4 months (or 6 months if you're approved for Co-Own for Over 55s), giving you time to view properties and go sale agreed on a home that you love.
