How do I get updates on my application?

You can log in to your online account at any time to check the status of your application. 

We'll also contact you by email or phone if we need additional information, and to let you know when your application decision is ready. 

On average, applications take five working days to process once we have all required documents. 

If you apply through a financial adviser, you can access your application by creating an online account. A link will be emailed you with details on how to do this. Please note, if your application is submitted by a financial adviser, you will have read only access to your documents, and any changes will need to be submitted via the adviser.
