I applied via my financial adviser. What happens next?
Once your application has been submitted, you’ll receive an email inviting you to create an online account. If you've submitted a joint application, both of you can create accounts.
Once registered, you'll be able to log in to review the progress of your application, and read and download key documents (including your Co-Ownership Approval, Property Assessment Report, and Final Offer).
As you did not submit the application, you will have read-only access to these documents and you won't be able to make changes to your application or upload property details once you are sale agreed. Any changes should be requested via your financial adviser, who can submit them on your behalf.
