Can I transfer my Co-Own for Over 55s home into another person's name?

Transferring ownership of your home requires our approval and legal work. The person you want to transfer the home to must meet our eligibility criteria and be approved by Co-Ownership. Each situation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
