I want to sell my Co-Ownership home

If you are planning to sell your Co-Ownership house, you will need to request a valuation through your online account. We recommend that you do this once you are sale agreed as the valuation is valid for 12 weeks, and the cost for this is £75. 

Once the report is available, it will be uploaded into your online account and you can then complete the 'Track Your Purchase' form, which is used to confirm details with us including which solicitor you are using.
