Can I rent out my Co-Own home?

No, your Co-Ownership home must be your main residence. 

You can however have a lodger in your home.

Please contact us if your circumstances have changed and you're considering additional ways to make money. In most cases, permission to rent out your home will not be granted, and renting out your property without our permission is a breach of your agreement.
