What repairs am I responsible for?

You're responsible for all repairs and maintenance to your Co-Ownership home, from fixing leaky taps to replacing a broken boiler. 

We don't cover these costs since they're part of being a homeowner. 

As part of your agreement, you must maintain your home to the standard it was in when you bought it.
