Can I redecorate or make improvements to my home?

Yes, your Co-Ownership home is your home. You can redecorate, fit new kitchens or bathrooms, replace windows and install new flooring, all without needing to let us know. 

For changes that require building control however, such as changing your heating system, making structural changes, including extensions, loft conversions, conservatories, removing internal walls, you must contact us ahead of time for approval, and send us a copy of the building control certificate once complete.
