My partner doesn't meet the eligibility criteria. Can I still apply?

If you’re engaged, married, in a civil partnership, or living together as a couple, you must both meet the eligibility criteria and apply together.

If your partner doesn’t meet the criteria, for example, because of adverse credit or immigration status, we still require a joint application. This helps us understand your household and see if there’s a way to proceed with Co-Ownership if one applicant is eligible.
