I have more than one job. How is my income assessed?

We can consider income from multiple jobs when assessing your application, as long as you’ve been employed for the minimum amount of time required. See the Employment section of our applicant criteria for full details.

You’ll need to provide payslips and evidence for all sources of employment, as per the list in our Acceptable documents.

We will consider your total household income and regular outgoings to determine affordability.
