I'm living / working in Republic of Ireland, can I apply?

You can apply for Co-Ownership if you live in Northern Ireland and work in the Republic of Ireland (Southern Ireland). The essential requirement is that you must be resident in Northern Ireland at the time of application, and have the right to reside here. All sources of income, including cross-border employment, will be assessed as part of your application. We accept income in euros, and you'll need to provide full details and evidence of your income and all other criteria still apply.

Applications from those living outside Northern Ireland, cannot be accepted.
