Richard Monds

Richard is a CIPFA-qualified accountant and former Director of the Northern Ireland Insolvency Service, where he was responsible for legislation, enforcement and regulation of the profession in Northern Ireland.

As a career civil servant, he has held a range of senior roles across public the public sector including responsibility for financial management and accountability, operational performance, governance, and stakeholder engagement, most latterly leading digital and organisational transformation. 

He brings extensive experience in risk management, finance and accountability alongside a strong understanding of regulatory environments.
