Having been with Co-Ownership since September 2024, Grant brings 9 years of experience within the property sector; specifically new builds, site plans and planning applications.

He plays an active role in bringing Co-Ownership’s strategy to life through stakeholder engagement to improve the supply of new homes for customers in mixed tenure developments and Local Development Plans.
