To report a repair between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, call the Co-Ownership Business Development team on 028 9032 7276, or send us an email.

For out of hours repairs, call the Emergency Repairs Line on 028 9568 4055. This service is managed on behalf of Co-Ownership by HubNI.
