**Our People**# Niall McNulty

Niall is the Business Development Manager at Co-Ownership and joined the organisation in 2013. He leads a team that are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders, including lenders, developers, estate agents and independent financial advisers.

This includes playing an integral role in Co-Ownership’s strategy to improve the regional supply of new build homes for customers as part of mixed tenure developments and Local Development Plans.

Niall’s team also engage in a range of outreach activities across Northern Ireland to help potential customers understand more about Co-Ownership.
