**Our People**# Kerry Reynolds

Kerry is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in human resources, having held a number of senior leadership roles across public sector organisations. She currently serves as Head of Reward and HR Services at Translink, where she leads the development and delivery of strategic HR services, including reward, resourcing, EDI, and wellbeing.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Ulster University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Queen’s University Belfast. She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Kerry brings significant expertise in people strategy, organisational development and governance. She is committed to supporting organisations create inclusive, high-performing workplaces and recognises the critical role people play in achieving long-term organisational success.
