**Our People**# Derek Wilson, Chair

Derek joined the Board in 2019 and became Chair in 2024. He is a former banker who latterly specialised in mortgage finance and chaired the NI Mortgage Committee of NI Finance for a number of years. He served on the board of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive for ten years, the last four of which chairing the Resources and Performance Committee. He holds a number of other public appointments.
