Any outlays associated with your purchase including Stamp Duty Land Tax, registration and other fees which you must pay in relation to your equity share of the property. Your solicitor will give you a written statement confirming the amount required.

If you are a Co-Own for Over 55s customer and are selling your current home, you would be responsible for all the solicitor fees and outlays involved with this sale. This does not form part of our legal package.
