## **What’s on offer?**

We can contribute towards the cost of installing:

- ‘A’ rated oil or gas boiler upgrades or conversions

## **Who is this for?**

This scheme is designed for Co-Ownership households with an energy performance certificate (EPC) rating of F or G, AND one of the following:

- Solid fuel heating (e.g. coal fires)
- Oil, gas, or LPG systems that are over 15 years old, or beyond economical repair

  1. Register your interest by completing the form below. Grants are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis. We’ll contact you to confirm eligibility.
2. Check for additional funding. You may be eligible for support through the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP). In some cases, they offer fully funded grants, meaning you may not need our support. If NISEP only covers part of the cost, you can use our grant to help with the remaining amount, for up to 50% of the cost, worth a maximum value of £2,500.
3. Get a quote from a qualified installer and send this to energy@co-ownership.org
4. Before beginning any work, confirm that we have approved your application.
5. Carry out and complete the work.
6. Send us your invoice and any required certificates (e.g. building control).
7. Once everything is received and approved, we’ll arrange to pay you up to £2,500.
8. We will arrange for an updated EPC to be carried out on your home.
