Facebook Page Rules

We take great pride in producing relevant and enjoyable content for our Facebook page, and encourage all our followers to like, comment and share. In order to ensure that we remain fair and treat everyone with respect we reserve the right to remove comments and posts without notification which are in breach of the following rules;

  1. are inaccurate
  2. are not relevant to Co-Ownership or the housing market
  3. are offensive to other users
  4. discloses personal information about the user or another person
  5. contain images / video of people under the age of 16 posted without parental consent
  6. violate the law
  7. discuss ongoing legal proceedings relating to a Co-Ownership property
  8. are spam
  9. inappropriately advertise products or services
