Improve the energy efficiency of your home.

To help our customers improve their home’s efficiency and reduce their energy costs we are offering up to 30 customers grants of up to £1,000 towards improvements from your EPC, such as loft and/or cavity wall insulation.

This grant is for Co-Ownership customers who:

• Have an EPC rating of E, F or G
• Have not availed of any other initiatives issued by Co-Ownership in relation to climate change in the last two years

How does it work?

• Register your interest by emailing energy@co-ownership.org.
• We will be in touch to carry out some checks and let you know if you have been successful.
• Once you receive your letter of approval you have three months to complete the agreed work.
• As the customer, you will source the contractor and arrange for the work to be completed.
• We will refund you up to £1,000 for the agreed work.
• We can not refund customers for any work that has not been agreed in advance.
