Agnieszka’s Co-Own Journey
Co-Ownership has changed Agnieszka’s family life, giving them not just a house, but a safe place for the future. Agnieszka, a mum of an autistic son, rented privately and found it hard to save enough money to buy a house.
She said, “Our son is autistic, and we put all our time and energy into helping him be more independent. We rented for a long time because buying a home seemed impossible. But we knew owning a house would give him the stability he needs to grow.”
After talking to her mortgage advisor, Agnieszka found out about Co-Ownership. This allowed her buy part of a home and Co-Ownership bought the rest. “The process of buying our home went smoothly, which was such a relief,” Agnieszka shared. “It allowed our son to feel secure, ad we’ve seen him take an interest in our new home with growing independence.”
Owning a home has made a big difference for Agnieszka’s family. Their new house gives them the space and safety her son needs to develop. Agnieszka said, “Co-Ownership has given us the stability we needed. Our son has a safe place to grow, and we no longer have to worry about the uncertainties of renting. We are so grateful for the support that made this possible.”
For Agnieszka, the house is more than just a place to live—it’s a safe and happy space for her son. “Today, we can enjoy a beautiful home of which we are co-owners. My son is happy, having the space he needs to live without stress” she added.
Agnieszka’s story shows how Co-Ownership can give families the security and stability they need through home ownership. “Thanks to Co-Ownership, we can now focus on what truly matters—caring for and nurturing our son, without worrying about the future.”
