Improve the energy efficiency of your home.

To help our customers improve their home’s efficiency and reduce their energy costs we are giving up to 20 customers a grant of up to £1,000 towards loft and/or cavity wall insulation into their homes.

This grant is for Co-Ownership customers who:

• Have an EPC rating of E, F or G
• Have not availed of any other initiatives issued by Co-Ownership in relation to climate change in the last two years

How does it work?

• If you have already registered your interest we will be in touch to carry out some checks and let you know if you have been successful.
• Once you receive your letter of approval you have three months to complete the agreed work.
• As the customer, you will source the contractor and arrange for the work to be completed.
• We will refund you up to £1,000 for the agreed work.
• We can not refund customers for any work that has not been agreed in advance.
