Applying to Co-Own for Over 55s

There are currently two way to apply to Co-Own for Over 55s; either online by clicking here or arranging an appointment for a member of our team to help you complete your application.  This can either be done over the phone, or a face-to-face appointment at our office in Belfast. To arrange an appointment please click here.

If you are unable to call to our office and would prefer a face-to face appointment, we can arrange for a member of our team to visit your home and complete the application there.

Application fees:

There are 2 fees you will have to pay when applying to Co-Own for Over 55s: £100 non-refundable Application fee and a £550 Property fee which is payable during the second stage of the application. If you require assistance, please give our team a call on 028 9032 7276 and we will be happy to help.
