Alastair Coulson MBA
Alastair joined the Board in 2016 and is a member of the Audit, Risk & Governance Committee.
Alastair is an Executive Board Member for The Lotus Group – a Northern Ireland Property Company (www.thelotusgroup.co.uk) where he has worked for the last 10 years.
He has an Executive MBA at Queen’s University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Investment from Reading University. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors (RICS).
Within his role at Lotus Group, Alastair is responsible for sourcing investments and the operational asset management of the Group’s property portfolio. His primary focus is to establish and manage medium term investment strategies, including individual asset management plans for each asset. He is also responsible for the property management function.
